Khariar, April 5 (ANI): Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Saturday made a scathing attack on the Naveen Patnaik-led BJD government in Odisha while addressing a rally at Khariar of Nuapada district in the state. Gandhi criticized the state government for not utilizing central funds properly. She alleged that MGNREGA was not implemented properly in Odisha.
