New Delhi, Feb 01 (ANI): Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Sunday addressed a rally in Badarpur area of Delhi ahead of Assembly polls. Gandhi attacked BJP and AAP and accused both parties of creating disturbance in law and order situation of the city. She also called AAP the protesting party which ran away from its responsibilities last year.
