Skoda Auto India Private Limited (SAIPL) has been renaming the Elegance trim with the Style trim in its cars in India. After the name change of Rapid and Octavia, Skoda introduced the same variants to the Yeti crossover. The new Yeti was launched in India in 2014 with Elegance trim only. Hence, the new trim is the only trim available with the Yeti now.

The Yeti Style in 4x4 avatar is priced at Rs 21.97 lakh, while 4x2 has been priced at Rs 20.27 lakh. The Yeti Style features the same 2.0-litre diesel engine in two state of tune. The engine in 4×2 Style variant 108bhp at 4,200rpm and 250Nm of torque and comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The 4×4 Style model churns out 138bhp of power at 4,200rpm and 320Nm of torque mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.

The Yeti features LED tail-lamps, bi-xenon head lamps, new fog lamps, new housing for the wing mirrors and new colour options for the roof. Inside the cabin, the Yeti gets three spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel, keyless entry with push button start, electrically adjustable driver seat, electrically-foldable wing mirrors and an eight-speaker audio system.

On the safety front, the Yeti gets airbags, Anti-lock Braking system with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, brake assist, traction control, Electronic Stability Program, hill hold and hill descent control.

At present, the Superb sedan is the only car sold in Elegance trim. With the launch of new Superb in early 2016, Skoda will phase out the Elegance trim name from the line-up.
