Ashish Sharma, who plays the lead role of Ram in "Siya Ke Ram," recently walked out of the sets of his show without shooting a single scene.

According to a SpotboyE report, the actor was not feeling well when he reached the sets for the shoot. However, upon reaching the sets, Ashish found out that the crew members weren't prepared for the shoot. Apparently, they had to shoot a ring exchange ceremony, but the team was not able to find the ring, which was the reason why the shoot was delayed.

"Ashish has been on medication for his back injury over the last few weeks. He was suffering from tremendous back pain that day. Despite that, he reported to the set. Imagine his shock when he sees that the crew is not ready at all!" a source close to the actor told the entertainment portal.

After having realised that the shoot will not start anytime soon, Ashish stormed out of the sets.

"He waited as long as he could but then, walked out when he realised that the shoot won't start anytime soon," the source added.

Meanwhile, on "Siya Ke Ram," after the grand Swayamvar of Sita, the viewers will witness the magnificent wedding of Lord Ram and Sita in the upcoming episodes. To give the wedding sequence an authentic look, the makers have been looking into minute details.

In other news, there were reports that television heartthrob Sidharth Shukla had been approached to play the role of Hanuman on the show. However, the actor is yet to give a nod to the role.
