New Delhi, Feb 09 (ANI): Singapore President Tony Tan Keng Yam arrived in New Delhi for a four-day-visit to commemorate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. During his visit, President Yam is scheduled to meet his Indian counterpart, Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj. President Yam, who is accompanied by his wife Mary Tan, will also inaugurate an exhibition at the national museum in New Delhi. He will leave the country on February 11. The close relationship shared by India and Singapore is based on convergence of economic and political interests.
