New Delhi, June 03 (ANI): Singapore Navy Chief, Rear-Admiral, Ng Chee Peng, who is on a visit to India, received a tri-service Guard of Honour at presidential palace in New Delhi on Tuesday. Rear-Admiral is on a visit which is a part of Singapore Indian Maritime Bilateral Exercise (SIMBEX) between the two countries. Indian navy chief, Admiral Robin K Dhowan, said Ng Chee Peng's visit to India will strengthen the ties between the two maritime nations. SIMBAX is in its 21st edition and is held every year since its induction in 1994 starting off with anti-submarine warfare. Ng Chee Peng hoped for scope of SIMBAX between the two nations to reach a higher plane.
