Shilpa Shetty Kundra, who has previously judged several dance-based reality shows like "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa," "Nach Baliye" and "Zara Nach Ke Dikha," has been roped in to judge upcoming kids' dance reality show "India's Super Dancer." The Bollywood diva, whose presence adds glamour to the reality shows, believes that the new show is perfect for her as she loves dancing as well as kids.

"Dance is my passion and I love kids. So it's the perfect thing for me. The talent among kids today is unmatchable and there is always a lot to learn from them. Plus, their innocence keeps you entertained. I'm looking forward to being on this show, which I'm sure people will love," Shilpa told the Times of India.

Recently, there were rumours that Shilpa has been paid a whopping Rs. 10 to Rs. 14 crore for a dance-based reality show. The fee is almost double of what she was paid for "Nach Baliye." The makers reportedly wanted to rope in a popular face for the show and Shilpa fit the bill perfectly. "The makers of the show were keen to rope in a popular face, and had approached some A-list actresses, including Shilpa. So, when she responded positively, they agreed to pay a fat cheque to her," a source had told Mid-Day.

"Shilpa liked the concept and decided to take it up since she wanted to experiment with something fresh instead of sticking the same old format of 'Nach Baliye,'" the source added.

Last year, there were reports that Shilpa would judge the eight edition of "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa," but due to unknown reasons, the show didn't see the actress as one of the judges and instead Shahid Kapoor, Malaika Arora Khan, Ganesh Hegde and Lauren Gottlieb took the judges' seat. Rumours had it that Shilpa chose not to judge "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8" as her younger sister Shamita Shetty was a participant on the show.
