New Delhi, Oct 28 (ANI): Former Kerala governor Sheila Dikshit has sparked a storm by praising PM Narendra Modi recently. Dikshit said that she saw a confident man, with a vision while talking about Modi. While the Congress disagreed with Dikshit, the BJP said people cannot ignore Modi's charm and leadership qualities. Other leaders gave mixed reaction on the matter.
