New Delhi, Nov 18 (ANI): A day after Sheila Dikshit pleaded the crowd at Rahul Gandhi's rally in Delhi to stop and listen to his speech, Dikshit again came to the forefront for giving excuse on the people's disinterest in Gandhi's speech. Dikshit said that the people did not move because of disinterest but because they needed water and there was delay in supply of water.
