Season 5 episode 11 of Showtime's "Shameless", titled "Drugs Actually" will be aired on Sunday, 29 March. Gallagher family is facing yet another problem as some soldiers come and take Ian (Cameron Monaghan) away, after Sammi (Emily Bergl) snitched on him.

Meanwhile Fiona (Emmy Rossum) is conflicted about whether or not she wants her husband to come back, after she has a date with an ex-flame and boss Sean (Dermot Mulroney).

Still hurt that Carl (Ethan Cutkosky) sent her son to prison, Sammi takes revenge on the Gallaghers by calling the army on Ian. When Ian and Mickey (Noel Fisher) come home planning to go on a date, the soldier jump out and arrest him for going awol, destructing government property and forging documents. Everyone is angry with Sammi and as she leaves the Gallagher home, Debbie (Emma Kenney) asks Fiona if they were just letting her go, after what she did to Carl and Ian. Fiona replies that as much as she would like to, they were not going to torture Sammi.

At the army prison, the Gallagher family tries to tell the officer that Ian is clinically bipolar and that the army should be helping him, instead of putting him away. Although they are saying it so that Ian would be let free, it is clear that there arguments are hurting Ian. In the promo for the next episode he is seen talking to a blond woman, to whom he says, "I'm glad you came. I needed someone to talk to".

Meanwhile, tired of waiting for Gus (Steve Kazee) to make to their Skype sex session in "South Side Rules", Fiona went over to be with Sean, whose son is moving away. Although both of them have feelings for each other, Sean had said that Fiona was toxic for him and has kept a safe distance from her ever since. As Fiona's marriage is slowly crumbling and her husband is away for his band tour, Sean and Fiona have a date, after which she is reluctant to see her husband come back.

After promising his dying doctor friend that he would never ask her to try chemotherapy, Frank (William H. Macy) and the doctor decide to spend the rest of her life together. However, her dream to try out everything in the short time before her death may prove to be a bit too much even for Frank; especially when she asks him have sex on railway tracks.

Lip (Jeremy Allen White) is maintaining the refreshing relationship he has with his professor, with the knowledge of her husband. However, things may get awry in the near future after the doctor exhibits jealousy about Lip being something more than any of her previous flings.
