Shailene Woodley and Theo James were the talk of the town when their movie "Divergent" hit screens. Undoubtedly, the couple shared a sizzling chemistry on screen and this led to rumors that the two are also dating off-screen. Despite the fact that James was dating Ruth Kearney, various rumors suggested that the onscreen couple has developed feelings for each other.

However, in her recent interview, Woodley said that she will not be dating an actor, hinting at the fact that she and James were never a couple.

"I have zero expectations and zero rules. I'm open", the star told InStyle magazine, but hinted that she will not date someone with an acting background. "I can't see it being another actor, except that they understand this lifestyle. Hey I could fall in love with an Aussie and move to Australia. Who knows!"

Woodley also spoke about her character Hazel in "The Fault In Our Stars". The movie is based on John Green's bestseller by the same name and tells a story of two cancer stricken patients who fall in love.

Woodley talked at length about how her perspective changed towards life after playing a cancer sufferer on celluloid.

"It changed my whole life and put things in perspective. I realized I was good at being outwardly positive because that's how I am by nature. But internally? I was so mean to myself", she explained

"Realising I needed to make a shift was a big moment for me. 'F--k you, insecurity. F--k you, lack of confidence!' When I finally realized I have to live life for myself and not for anyone else is when I started being more generous and kind and grateful. I was able to give back more."

Woodley will be seen opposite Ansel Elgort in "The Fault in Our Stars". The film is being directed by Josh Boone and will hit theaters in United States on June 6.
