Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor now has more than 7 million followers on Twitter.

The actor has thanked his followers with a cute picture of him. In the photo, Shahid is seen pouting with his eyes closed. It looks like the handsome hunk is blowing a kiss for his fans.

Currently, the actor is too busy with the promotional activities of his upcoming film "Shaandaar". He is starring opposite Alia Bhatt in the film, which will release on 22 October.

Directed by Vikas Bahl and co-produced by Phantom Films, Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Fox, the film has created a lot of curiosity since the release of its trailer.

However, this is the first time Shahid and Alia are teaming up for a film. "Shaandaar" is supposed to be India's first ever film on "destination wedding".

Meanwhile, Shahid has shared his 'Shaandaar feeling' on his Twitter handle and he has also posted a collage of his appearance that has changed through the year.

In "Shaandaar", both Alia and Shahid's characters suffer from insomnia and fall in love in the middle of a larger-than-life wedding. It is an out-and-out youthful love story focusing on two characters -- Alia and Jagjinder Joginder.

Alia is a dreamer and Jagjinder Joginder is a doer and he feels he can make anything happen.

The film also features Shahid's father Pankaj Kapoor and his sister Sanah Kapoor.

The "Haider" actor, who was a judge in dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8", is also working in Vishal Bhardwaj's "Rangoon", which stars Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut.

Shahid will also be seen in Abhishek Chaubey's "Udta Punjab" alongside Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan, and he has signed another film "Ak Vs SK".
