The buzz around Ajith's look in his upcoming film, "Veeram" (Courage) doesn't seem to cease.

Recently, the first look of "Veeram" showing Ajith in a rural avatar (clad in shirt and veshti) was unveiled. After a long gap, Ajith is all set to appear in a rural character which has kindled the interest of his fans.

Now, speculations are doing the rounds that Ajith will dance to the tunes of a mass number in rural attire in "Veeram." The so-called "Veshti Dance" is expected to be one of the highlights of the film.

It may be recalled that Shah Rukh Khan's "Lungi Dance", a tribute to Rajinikanth, was a big hit among the masses. The song attained immense popularity among Rajini fans. The superstar himself was happy with the song and appreciated Shah Rukh for coming up with the naughty number.

Veshti Dance

The music for "Veeram" will be composed by Devi Sri Prasad, who is known for peppy and foot-tapping numbers. A dhoti-clad (Veshti) Ajith will reportedly be doing a mass dance number in one of the songs, which is expected to go down well with the masses.

It may be recalled that Ajith has danced in rural attire for a song in Saran-directed Tamil film, "Attahasam." The song, titled "Thala Deepavali",  was a big hit among the youth.

"Veeram" is a rural subject directed by "Siruthai" Siva. The film has Tammannah playing the female lead for the first time in Ajith film. The rest of the cast includes Santhanam, Vidharth, Vidyullekha Raman and Pradeep Rawat. It is slated for release on Pongal next year, giving a hint that it might clash with Vijay's "Jilla" which is also expected to hit theatres during that time.
