Shah Rukh Khan went on a live Twitter chat with his 13 million followers, who asked him questions on various topics. And in no time #AskSRK started trending on Twitter on Tuesday.

During this question-answer round, one of his fans asked him what is his next release. To this, SRK replied "Dilwale".

Although the report is not confirmed, but speculations are being made that Maneesh Sharma's "Fan", which was expected to hit theatres in September, will release next year.

Apparently, Rohit Shetty's "Dilwale" will most likely hit screens in December, during Christmas. So, SRK meant to say that his fans will have double dhamaka next year with his two releases, "Fan" and Rahul Dholakia's "Raees".

This is not the first time that "Fan" release date issues are making headlines.

"Fan" was earlier eyeing the I-Day weekend, this year. Since the movie relies heavily on special effects, the date had to be pushed further. The team, however, made way for Karan Johar's "Brothers".

Later, there were reports of makers considering end of November as a tentative window to release the flick.

"The 'Fan' team initially thought of releasing the film in September, on Bakri Eid. Then, there were talks of releasing the film around SRK's birthday (2 November). Now, SRK, producer Aditya Chopra, and director Maneesh Sharma have tentatively decided on a November-end release date," a source said, DNA reports.

Whether "Fan" is releasing this year or the next, time will tell.

Meanwhile, "Dilwale" has an interesting and fresh line-up and Kajol will reunite with SRK after 5 long years. Additionally, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon's chemistry would be fun to watch.
