Shah Rukh Khan recently shared a photo on Twitter saying that it is the first look of Imtiaz Ali's directorial The Ring. However, the actor soon revealed that it was just a joke.

SRK first shared a picture in which he and another person, apparently his co-actress Anushka Sharma, were seen fully covered with woolen clothes, with just their eyes exposed. Shah Rukh captioned the picture as "First Look of Imtiaz Ali's film, allegedly called The Ring. Not a horror film not a love story...it's a Ninja epic!."

The tweet instantly went viral as fans thought the picture to be the actual first look of Shah Rukh and Anushka in the film. But it was just a prank by the superstar as he soon tweeted again, "The last tweet about the film is a joke. Clarifying for those who don't get my drift & end up distorting stuff. It's just cold in Budapest!."

Shah Rukh is known for his witty words and funny posts, but this time the actor's idea of joke went over his fans' heads. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, The Ring will be SRK and Anushka's third film together after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hain Jaan.

The two stars are currently busy shooting for the film in Budapest after wrapping up schedules in Prague and Amsterdam.
