Bollywood baadshah Shah Rukh Khan has mesmerised fans with his brilliant performance in "Fan," and will appear next in "Raees" in January 2017. Meanwhile, the superstar has signed several films with A-list directors and has revealed his roles on social media.

"I am a Warrior,a Dwarf & a Guide.I am not wot I ought to, want or hope to be...I am all that & I am wot I am. My 2 bits on my upcoming 'roles', [sic]" SRK tweeted. He will be seen playing a warrior in Aditya Chopra's next, a dwarf in Aanand L Rai's film and a guide apparently in Imtiaz Ali's upcomign offering.

He shared another tweet, in which he wrote: "Revealed Imtiaz Ali story 'That u become such an unquestionable part of me, that I can't find the beginning of ur heart and the end of mine'." It had been reported that Shah Rukh would play a tourist guide in the "Tamasha" director's next.

It looks like after "Fan," the "Dilwale" actor is taking up new and challenging roles. He will be seen as a warrior in the film by Aditya Chopra, with whom he was worked in "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi." After Ranveer Singh's "Befikre," the film will go on floors in the second half of 2017.

For Shah Rukh, it will be the second time he goes back centuries on screen. He had earlier essayed the titular king's role opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan in "Asoka," which was released in 2001. After all these years, it will certainly be interesting to see SRK as a warrior again in Aditya's film.

SRK will also be seen in Gauri Shinde's untitled movie, but not in the lead role. The "English Vinglish" director's flick will feature Shah Rukh in a special appearance, but his role will be important for the film's story. He will be seen sharing screen space with Alia Bhatt, and there were reports that he might play Alia's love guru in it.
