Bollywood's King Khan might be featured in the forthcoming West Bengal tourism campaign, according to a senior tourism department official.

The commercial, which costs nearly ₹10 crore, is expected to be ready within the next three months.

"We are working on new advertisements to promote tourism in the state and attract both domestic as well as foreign tourists here and may feature Shah Rukh Khan in this," AR Bardhan, tourism department principal secretary said, according to IANS.

The "Happy New Year" actor, who endorses many national and international brands, is currently the brand ambassador of West Bengal and has also featured in its previous ad.  The actor also co-owns the IPL team of the state -- Kolkata Knight Riders.
