New Delhi, Nov 11 (ANI): While addressing the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conference on corruption in New Delhi Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday said that sensitive probes were becoming the topic of running media commentary and that confidentiality was vital in some cases, while referring to exemption of CBI from RTI.
