Taylor Swift isn't dwelling on her past affair with Calvin Harris, as she has already moved on with Tom Hiddleston. The couple got together just a couple of weeks after Harris announced his split from Swift, and according to an unnamed source, Swift's best friend Selena Gomez believes everything worked out for the best.
Gomez, it seems, has always had an eye on Harris, but she is not yet sure whether to take it forward as she doesn't want to lose her best friend, claims HollywoodLife. "Selena's told friends she believes she and Calvin would make a perfect match," the insider revealed. "She always thought Taylor just wasn't right for him and the breakup confirmed that in her mind. She says she and Calvin would make a better couple…Selena has always had her eye on Calvin."
Harris, in the meantime, is enjoying his single life surrounded by beautiful women. The Scottish DJ is enjoying life on a yacht in the middle of Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. It is not immediately known if he has also moved on to a new girlfriend.
Harris and Swift split earlier this month, and initially their separation was said to be amicable. But Harris unfollowed her on Twitter shortly after news of her romance with Hiddleston went viral, indicating that everything wasn't fine between the exes.
"Calvin was completely faithful to Taylor. He never looked in another direction. He was completely blindsided by this. He is hurt," a source told E! News. "He is keeping a low profile and focusing on his music and the shows he is doing. He is not seeing anyone and isn't rebounding. He just really wants to be alone," the source adds. "He is still processing everything. He is angry. He never heard of this Tom guy, but if that's her type then so be it."
