Selena Gomez is rumored to be dating "Gossip Girl" star Jessica Szohr's ex-boyfriend Tommy Chiabra.
In a recent turn of events it has come to the fore that Gomez spent her 22nd birthday getting cozy with Chiabra in St. Tropez, France. Several media houses released the photos of the alleged couple skiing together, holding hands while jumping off the boat together, and getting intimate under a towel.
Szohr was apparently not happy with Chiabra's alleged closeness to Gomez, at least that's what her message on Instagram suggested.
"You want to come in my life, the door is open. You want to get out of my life, the door is open. Just one request. Don't stand at the door, you're blocking the traffic," she wrote after the photos of Chiabra and Gomez were published.
It may be mentioned that the photos of Szohr and Chiabra getting intimate in the pool had surfaced last month but things seemed to have changed so quickly.
Meanwhile, Gomez seems to have heavy crush on Chiabra.
"Selena definitely has a puppy dog crush on him that is only intensifying because he isn't taking the bait," a source told HollywoodLife. "He knows he has her but is currently going the friend route even with all the obvious flirting that is going on."
Gomez was so happy on her birthday that she even posted a photo of a chocolate cake with the caption: "This has been the BEST birthday yet!"
It seems Gomez has finally moved on after breaking up with her "on-again, off-again" boyfriend Justin Bieber. They broke-up a few weeks ago.
"Selena is the one who rejected Justin, not the other way around," an insider told the Website. "That's why [Justin] is so angry. He thought he could snap his fingers and get her back like that. But he had done this with her one too many times. Sel purposely celebrated her birthday far away from LA and Justin to strengthen her new motto: self love first and foremost!"
Moreover, there was one more person who was the source of her happinesson her special day. It was model Cara Delvengine. The two were seen having a good time in St Tropez and it is because of Delvengine that Gomez has managed to move on.
"Cara's been a constant cheerleader reminding her that she truly does deserve the best. She just keeps encouraging her to live in the moment," the source said.
