New Delhi, Oct 16 (ANI): Security Expert Alok Bansal on Thursday raised concern over ISIS flag been unfurled in Jammu and Kashmir and also China objecting road construction along border in Arunachal Pradesh. Bansal said that there is a menace that needs to be tackled carefully and in very deliberate manner. Further, he said that it is unfortunate that China has objected to such a thing and that the construction of road is for betterment of livelihood of border people. He also said that such developments should be seen from angle of economic development and not from defence angle.
