Jammu, Nov 10 (ANI): With growing chill in the air, the secretariat of Jammu and Kashmir moved to its winter capital, Jammu, on Monday (November10) with the ceremonial guard of honour for the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, to mark the occasion.
