New Delhi, June 02 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday stayed the execution of death row convict Yakub Abdul Razak Memon, a key conspirator with Dawood Ibrahim in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. Petitioner in the case said that there has been a huge delay in the case and the convict has been in jail for past 20 years and that hanging him was unfair and therefore the decision is a welcome one.
