New Delhi, Dec 18 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to interfere with the order of the Bombay High Court which stayed the move to grant 16 per cent reservation to Marathas in public service and educational institutions in Maharashtra. Earlier, the Bombay HC had cancelled the previous Congress-NCP government's decision of giving 16 percent reservation for Marathas. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis had later advocated for Maratha reservation and approached the Supreme Court. The court said that it will take decision after listening to all the pending petitions.
