New Delhi, Jan 6 (ANI): The Supreme Court dismissed a PIL on Monday seeking to restrain the government from proceeding against retired Supreme Court Justice A.K. Ganguly in the sexual harassment case. Earlier, Ganguly had distanced himself from the petition, filed in the Supreme Court, supporting him.
