New Delhi, June 03 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed any plea of residents of Campa Cola Housing Society against the earlier order asking them to vacate their premises by May 31. A bench comprising justices JS Khehar and C Nagappan said that they are of the view that the present petition is misconceived and hence, is dismissed. The bench also rejected the submission that at least the illegal flats be not demolished till the time Supreme Court decides the curative petition of residents association in the case. The Campa Cola Residents Association had filed a new petition to stop the demolition on the grounds that BMC be allowed to regularize the 35 illegal floors across seven buildings in the Worli society.
