The State Bank of India (SBI) has issued a customer advisory ahead of a proposed three-day bank strike called by the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) from September 28 to September 30, 2026.

In its advisory, SBI said it is making all possible efforts to provide essential banking services during the proposed strike period. However, the bank urged customers to complete any important banking transactions in advance to avoid inconvenience.

SBI advised customers to use ATMs and Automated Deposit-cum-Withrawal Machines (ADWMs) for their cash requirements during the strike period. Customers can also use Customer Service Points (CSPs) for banking-related services.
