With less than three weeks left before the 'Samsung Premiere 2013 Galaxy & Ativ' event to kick-off on 20 June, images of the company's speculated Galaxy Tab 3 8.0-inch model have been leaked online.

Korean website Moveplayer has got hold of the exclusive snapshots of the alleged 8.0-inch Galaxy Tab 3 model. By taking note of the pictures, the tablet seems to boast a thin bezel similar to its rival Apple iPad mini and its body-frame design is similar to the 7.0-inch variant of Galaxy Tab 3 which was unveiled in late April this year.

The images seem to look legitimate as the photos closely resemble the earlier snapshots leaked just a couple of weeks ago by the SamMobile website. Along with the picture, the website also revealed the specifications of Galaxy Tab 3 8.0.

The Galaxy Tab 3 8.0-inch variant reportedly features a WXGA TFT screen with HD 1280x800p display resolution and is expected to run on the latest Android mobile OS v4.2.2 Jelly Bean powered by 1.5GHz dual-core processor chipset having 1.5GB RAM and 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.

Along with Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, Samsung is also reported to launch a 10.1-inch variant as well as two Galaxy S4 models - rugged and water-proof Galaxy S4 Active and the camera centric Galaxy S4 Zoom with 10 times optical zoom.

The Samsung Premiere 2013 event will also witness the launch of Ativ smartphones, tablets and hybrid PCs based on the Windows operating system.
