Samsung Galaxy Note 4, which is likely to be unveiled at an event in September, is expected to feature a QHD (1440 x 2560) resolution display but may have the same screen size of its predecessor Galaxy Note 3.

A device with model number SM-N910, which has been associated with Galaxy Note 4 all this while, was spotted in Zauba database.

It has been reported that the database of the India-based import-export logistic company has the SM-N910A - supposed to be Galaxy Note 4 for AT&T - with a 5.7-inch display. The device has been reportedly brought from South Korea to India for research and development purposes.

Samsung Electronics usually increases the screen size of its new Note series device by .2 inches every time but it seems they have decided to work on the quality of the images this time around. The next generation device may have a 2560x1440 resolution with 515ppi, as compared to its predecessor's 1080x1920 pixels (386 ppi). This means images will be much sharper in the new device.

The Korea Times has reported that Samsung will release two models of Galaxy Note 4 - one with a curved OLED display and the other with a flat OLED display.

"Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Note 4 phablet, UHD OLED TVs, a Google Glass rival, and home appliances at the upcoming IFA," a senior executive at a Samsung's top local suppliers told the daily.

The South Korean electronics giant remains tight-lipped on its upcoming phablet but several reports claim that it would be powered by Quad Core Snapdragon 805 processor that clocks 2.5GHz, runs on either Android 4.4.3 KitKat OS or Android 4.5 Lollypop and houses a 3GB LPDDR3 RAM.

According to Tech Radar, Lee Younghee, executive vice president of Samsung's mobile business, told Wall Street Journal that the company is thinking of a flexible display for the next generation device.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 may have a 16MP rear camera with ISOCELL technology, 4K video recording and a 2MP front cam with 1080p video recording and S-Pen stylus with updated gestures and air command, according to Samsung4Note website.
