Samsung launches sleek metal-clad Galaxy C7 in China; price, specifications

Samsung released two devices – Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 – from its newly floated C-series in June this year. It was reported that the handsets would be exclusive to China, but it has now emerged that the Galaxy C7 could be launched in the United States.

The Samsung Galaxy C7 has been spotted on B&H Photo Video website with a price tag of $459. The 64GB internal storage unlocked variant is currently available for pre-orders. It will support AT&T and T-Mobile networks as it is a GSM phone.

The Galaxy C7 was released in China in two variants – 32GB model priced at 2599 Yuan, and 64GB variant for 2799 Yuan.

It sports a 5.7-inch full HD super AMOLED screen with 1,920x1,080 pixels, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. It also features a 32/64GB internal storage (expandable up to 128GB via microSD card), a 4GB RAM, a 16MP main camera with f/1.9 aperture, an 8MP front snapper with f/1.9 aperture, and a 3,300mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology.
