Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan's blockbuster movie "Saajan" has completed 25 years on Aug. 30, 2016. "Saajan" was a 1991 Bollywood romantic movie starring Sanjay Dutt, Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit in lead roles and was helmed by director Lawrence D Souza.

"Saajan" rotates around Aman played by Sanjay Dutt, Akash Verma played by Salman Khan, and Pooja Saxena played by Madhuri Dixit. The movie takes you through a beautiful journey of friendship between Orphan, poor and handicapped Aman and the rich wealthy Akash.

The movie has given Bollywood one of the most iconic friendships, of Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt and the career graph of both the actors had changed after this cult movie.

Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan both were at the peak of their career after "Saajan." The thick friendship between Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan that was featured in the film was exactly their real life's reflection in the film.

The chemistry between the two was the talking point and had set a great example for others. The friendship of Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan flourished after the movie, and still the friendship between the two is talked about.

Sanjay Dutt was honored with best actor award for his strong performance in the movie along with Madhuri Dixit bagging the best actress award, and Salman Khan had mesmerized everyone with his charm in the movie.

The film has given many chartbuster numbers which are still popular like, "Dekha Hai Pehli Baar", ""Tum Se Milne Ki Tamanna Hain", "Bahut Pyar Karte Hain", "Tu Shayar Hain", and "Jiye to Jiye Kaise".

The songs of "Saajan" had created a storm then, and still has its effect on today's generation because of the mellifluous music and excellent play back singing by all singers. The movie's dialogue, screen play, and the story were also very well appreciated. "Saajan" has completed its 25 years and there are chances we can get a sequel of the cult hit soon.
