The cold war between Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan seemed to ease down a bit, following King Khan's praises on the sizzling chemistry between Salman and Katrina Kaif in "Ek Tha Tiger".
"I don't know about the chemistry. But they make a wonderful pair. They have done films together and I wish them luck," Shah Rukh told reporters when asked about the pair's Jodi in their upcoming movie.
Despite the cold vibes the two Khans have long shared, they have never badmouthed each other in public and left no opportunity to praise each other. Earlier, Salman said in an interview that he wants Shah Rukh's movie to do well at the box office.
Salman and Katrina are paired after a gap of four years and were last seen in Subash Ghai-directed "Yuvraj", which was released in 2008. This is the fourth movie where the actors have worked alongside each other, and their on-screen chemistry, like always, is great.
The other three movies where they were paired opposite to each other were "Maine Pyaar Kyu Kiya", "Partner" and "Yuvraj."
"It is very nice...they (Salman and Katrina) have done movies together in the past. I think chemistry is a too deeper word that was created by media. Even Kajol and I had issues with (the word) chemistry," Shah Rukh said on the sidelines of Tag Heuer event, for which he has been brand ambassador.
"It has taken me years to understand what this chemistry is. When I came back with 20 years of work, you keep asking me about this chemistry...it is so loosely used," he added.
"Ek Tha Tiger" movie is directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Yash Raj Films. The romantic-action flick is scheduled to release on Aug 15.
