Bollywood actor Salman Khan's father and veteran screenwriter Salim Khan is admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital, as per various media reports. His son, superstar Salman Khan, was spotted visiting his father at Lilavati Hospital. As shared on paparazzi Viral Bhayani's Instagram page, Salman Khan was photographed exiting the premises wearing a basic black T-shirt and a cap, surrounded by his security personnel. However, he did not stop to speak to the media.
As of now, there has been no formal statement from the Khan family regarding the medical condition that led to Salim Khan's hospitalization. Fans have taken to social media to express concern and send wishes for his speedy recovery. Salim Khan, who is aged 90, has been battling age-related issues.
Salim Khan's last public appearance
Back in November 2025, Salim Khan celebrated his 90th birthday. His second wife, Helen, took to Instagram to pen a sweet note for the veteran writer. She also shared pictures of herself with Salim and Salma Khan. Salman Khan's rumoured girlfriend, Iulia Vantur, had also penned a note.
Helen wrote on Instagram, "Happy 90th birthday!! Thank you for the wonderful years together, for your kindness, your humour, your steady presence, and the love you've given us all.
