Prominent Vladimir Putin critic Alexei Navalny had to be taken to hospital on 28 April, after green antiseptic dye was thrown in his face causing his eyes to burn. Navalny says he will continue his anti-corruption activity and presidential campaign after an unknown assailant threw the green liquid at his face.
