'Rudhramadevi' Motion Poster: Anushka Shetty's Regal Look Revealed

The film deemed as a historic drama is about Rudhramadevi who ruled the Kakatiya dynasty in the 13th century. Anushka Shetty plays the titular role, while Allu Arjun and Rana Daggubati appear in pivotal roles.

The shooting of "Rudhramadevi" has been completed and is currently in the post-production stage. The historic drama is deemed as the only film next to Hrithik Roshan's "Jodha Akbar" to have used real gold jewellery worth of ₹5 crore. The gold ornaments have been specially designed by NAC Jewellers.

Directed by Gunasekhar, "Rudhramadevi" is being made with a huge budget. The film has four well-known stereographers. Its cinematography is handled by Ajayanan Vincent and editing is done by Sreekar Prasad. Music composer Ilayaraja has worked on the sound tracks of the film.

The historic drama is produced by Guna Team Works and it is expected to hit the screens in February 2015, though an official confirmation on the release date is still awaited.

Expectations are huge on "Rudhramadevi" thanks to the impressive first look posters. Earlier, the makers of the film had released the first look motion poster of Allu Arjun, first look of Rana Daggubati, making video journals of "Rudhramadevi" and they have all received fantastic response from the fans. The newly-released motion poster, showing the regal look of Anushka Shetty, is also expected to get positive feedback from the audience.

"Rudhramadevi" is carrying positive pre-release buzz and it needs to be seen if the film will be able to impress the audience with its content.

The Gunasekhar directorial boasts of a big star cast including Krishnam Raju, Prakash Raj, Suman, Krishnam Raju, Adithya Menon, Nithya Menen, Catherine Tresa, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Krishna Bhagavaan, Brahmanandam and M.S. Narayana among others.
