The most anticipated international sporting event is back after four years and sports enthusiasts across the world have their eyes on numerous events and games that will be taking place throughout the Olympics.

Hundreds of sports fanatics visit the Olympic Games every year and a record number of countries participate in a record number of sports.

This year, more than 11,000 athletes from 206 National Olympic Committees (NOCs), including first time entrants Kosovo and South Sudan, are scheduled to participate in Summer Olympics being held at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

However, not all can make it to the event and most of us are left with no other option than to sit at home and watch the games on television.

The movie is inspired by the true events and tells the story of Mark and Dave Schultz, who were US Olympic Wrestling champions. To train better, they join Team Foxcatcher that was led by multimillionaire John E. du Pont. They trained with the team to prepare for 1988 Olympics in Seoul. However, John's emotional self-destruction threatened to consume them all.

"Iverson"

The movie explores the life of NBA legend Allen Iverson. It showcases Iverson's journey from a tragic, poverty-stricken childhood in Hampton, Virginia to an 11-time NBA All-Star who became a global icon. Mostly narrated by Iverson himself, the story beautifully explores the career highs and lows of one of the most distinctive and accomplished figures the sport of basketball has ever seen.

"Coach Carter"

"Coach Carter" is based on the controversies surrounding high school basketball coach Ken Carter (portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson) after he benched his entire team for breaking their academic contract with him, much to the shock of the members.

"The Short Game"

Best 7-year-old golfers meet at the famous Pinehurst Gold course in North Carolina to find out who is going to be the world champion and become golf's next phenomenon. Most of the golfers here have been playing golf since as long as they can remember and are already better than most of the professional ones. The movie follows the short game where 9 young golfers compete against each for the title of "world champion."

"Fittest on Earth"

The movie tells the tale of 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games that went for 5 days and included 13 events. "Fittest on Earth" follows the dramatic story of the top athletes who qualified and competed. It explores their journey to achieve the perfection and what it takes to become a brilliant athlete. The film follows 8 of the world's top athletes as they compete against each other.
