Season 7 of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" is yet to start filming, as Bravo is reportedly undecided on the cast of the upcoming season of the reality show.

It is being speculated that some of the new cast members such as Teresa Aprea, her twin sister Nicole Naplitano, and Amber Marchese might be on the chopping block if his public perception about them isn't favourable. Teresa Giudice is also not expected to be part of the next season as she is gearing up to begin her 15-month prison sentence.

"After all of the options were considered, Bravo did approach Teresa about filming prior to her heading off to prison with the intent of working her into the new season," a source told Radar Online. "However, she was insisting she wanted an astronomical paycheck. Much to her surprise, they turned her down."

"Production is currently holding focus groups about moving forward without Teresa," an insider confirmed. "They are trying to determine what the public perception was of the new cast and if any casting changes need to be made in regards to the new additions last season."

Filming is likely to begin in February, but chances are the show will be put on a hiatus till fall so that Bravo could experiment with the cast before taking the final call.

So who is set to return on season 7 of 'Real Housewives of New Jersey'? Caroline Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita, and possibly Kathy Wakile too. And although Marchese said she will return if the price is right, the aspiring actress hinted in a recent interview that he life was much better now that season 6 of "RHONJ" was over.

"Normally there's no drama in my life," said Marchese, according to All About The Real Housewives. "I'm a very focused mom and a very focused wife … that is where I'm happiest. I'm a homebody. I love being home with my children and honestly that's my favorite job in the world."
