French auto maker Renault pulled the wraps off its highly-anticipated Lodgy MPV in India on 9 April (Thursday).
Powered by 1.5-litre K9K diesel engine, which is tuned to churn out two states of tunes – 85PS and 110PS, the Renault Lodgy MPV is available in seven variants – four in 85PS and three in 110PS.
Seated on a wheelbase of 2,810mm, Lodgy measures 4,498 mm in length, 1,751 mm in width and 1,697 mm in height.
The model gets a power steering and air conditioner as standard along with safety features like ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) with EBD (Electronic Brake-Force Distribution).
Other features include Touch-screen with USB, Bluetooth & AUX connectivity, height-adjustable driver's seat, cruise control, dual front airbags and reverse parking sensors with a rear view camera and multi-function steering wheel.
The bookings for the model are open in the country with a down payment of ₹50,000 and the delivery is expected to begin soon.
In India, Lodgy will take on the likes of Honda Mobilio, Maruti Ertiga and Chevrolet Enjoy.
