French automaker Renault is gearing up to launch its small car Kwid in India in the coming weeks. Kwid, a much awaited and desired model of this year, is a regular fixture in the auto world with a series of spy shots and videos. Now taking the decibel levels a notch higher, the company has announced an online contest for its customers in the country.

Named 'Krazy for KWID' the contest will run simultaneously on Facebook and Twitter accounts of the company. It asks the participants to share a video or photo to prove that they are the craziest fan of Renault KWID and are ready to go to any extent to prove their craziness for Renault KWID. The contest will end on 20 September 2015 at 9:00 pm.

The winner of 'Krazy for KWID' contest will drive home the brand new Kwid and there is also 20 Renault Kwid Gift Hampers as consolation prizes. The gift hampers will have Kwid branded Tshirt, Cap, Travel Bag, Car-shades, Power Bank.

How to Participate

1) To participate in the contest, the participant should compulsorily follow @renaultindia on Twitter or 'Like' the Renault India page on Facebook.

2) Participants have to share a video or photo to prove that they are the craziest fan of Renault Kwid and are ready to go to any extent to prove their craziness for Renault Kwid.

3) The photos can be submitted on the Facebook page using the hashtags #KrazyForKwid & #LiveForMore, while the video entries should be uploaded on YouTube & share the link of the same on our Facebook page with the hashtags #KrazyForKwid & #LiveForMore.

4) Entries submitted without the hashtag #KrazyForKwid & #LiveForMore will be disqualified.

Renault Kwid, the small car designed like an SUV, is expected to be powered by an all-new, 800cc, BR-8, DOHC, 3 cylinders engine, which is tuned to dish out a power of 57bhp and a peak torque of 74Nm. The transmission will be taken care of by either a five-speed gearbox or AMT. Kwid is speculated to clock the best-in class mileage of 25kmpl.

The bookings for the Kwid are open in the country and the model will be priced in a Rs 3 lakh-4 lakh bracket.
