A fresh batch spy shots of the new Renault Duster 2016 facelift has emerged online, giving us yet another look at the model before its expected debut at the upcoming Auto Expo 2016 in February.

Snapped by Indian Autos Blog while it was undergoing its test runs in Chennai, the latest test mule of Duster facelift is seen hiding under significant amount of camouflage, thus doing a good job of covering all the key changes made to the facelifted avatar of the model. However, the publisher of the original photographs states that the new Duster facelift will get new taillight cluster and alloy rims.

The Duster facelift 2016, which is said to be inspired by the Brazilian-spec model, is expected to boast a new single slate grille, new head-lamp cluster, new alloy wheels with updated rear and front bumpers. Inside the cabin, reports indicated that the SUV is likely to accommodate new features like MediaNAV System with multimedia.

Under the hood, the Duster facelift is expected to remain the same as the current model in the market with 1.6-litre petrol engine and 1.5-litre diesel engine. While the petrol mill in current model is tuned to churn out 102.5bhp of power, the diesel engine is available in two state of tune - 84bhp and 108bhp. The facelifted model of Duster is speculated to get Automated Manual Transmission (AMT), which is called R-AMT gearbox.
