A case has reportedly been filed against singer Remo Fernandes for allegedly threatening a girl, who was hit by his son's car.

The victim was hit by Remo's son Jonah Fernandes on 2 December, following which she was admitted to Goa Medical College and Hospital. One day after the accident, Remo visited the girl at ward number 105 in the hospital and allegedly threatened her with abusive words.

A case has been filed against Remo at Agassaim Police Station under Section 8 of Goa Children's Act on 18 December, in response to a complaint lodged by the girl, Deccan Chronicle reported.

The girl from Maharashtra was injured when she was walking towards Old Goa and was allegedly hit by Jonah's car. Remo's son was booked for rash driving, the report added.

Remo is known for a number of hit songs including "Pyar To Hona Hi Tha", "O Meri Munni" and "Ek Hogaye Hum Aur Tum" among others.
