Reliance Jio's launch has got the entire nation excited and rival carriers worried to a large extent. The disruptive tariffs of Jio services, including data, voice and SMS, have convinced mobile users to opt for a Jio 4G SIM right away. While having a 4G-enabled smartphone is enough, Jio requires a VoLTE-supported phone to make HD voice and video calls.

Ambani also revealed various Jio tariffs, which start at as low as Rs. 149 for 300MB data and unlimited voice calls. The 28-day plans go as high as Rs. 4,999 with matching benefits.
