Sunny Leone's upcoming film "Mastizaade" was supposed to release in December, but has been postponed to avoid box office clash with "Hate Story 3". Now, the makers have confirmed the release date of "Mastizaade".

Sunny Leone's much-awaited sex-comedy, also starring Vir Das and Tusshar Kapoor, will hit theatres on 29 January.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh said about the release date of "Mastizaade" on Twitter: "PNC's #Mastizaade to release on 29 January 2016. Stars Sunny Leone, Tusshar, Vir Das. Directed by Milap Zaveri. (sic)"

Both "Mastizaade" and "Hate Story 3" are of the adult genre, and were supposed to be releasing on 4 December. Speculating that the clash might affect both the films' box office collections, the makers of "Mastizaade" decided to push back its release date.

It was also reported that "Hate Story 3" producer Bhushan Kumar requested "Mastizaade" producer Pritish Nandy to change its release date and he latter agreed to it.

"Hate Story 3", starring Zareen Khan, Karan Singh Grover, Daisy Shah and Sharman Joshi, has created quite a buzz since the launch of its trailer. The trailer of the erotic thriller suggests the film will have a lot of steamy scenes and skin show.

On the other hand, the trailer of Sunny Leone's "Mastizaade" is yet to be released.

Directed by Milap Zaveri, "Mastizaade" will present Sunny Leone in a double role and is expected to have a lot of double entendres, coupled with the diva's sizzling appearance on the big screen.
