New Delhi, Feb 04 (ANI): Elaborating his statement wherein AICC General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi termed AAP as a ‘warning and a challenge’, he said that the question was on regional parties and all regional parties and not just AAP is a challenge. Dwivedi said that this is nothing but a positive attitude.
