New Delhi, Oct 19 (ANI): A day after Oil minister Veerappa Moily said that CBI must act as per rule, but it can't act mere on perception as India can't be like Russia where billionaires are put behind bars, Congress leader Rashid Alvi said that the law is equal for all in India. However, he added that the image of industrialist KM Birla, against whom an FIR was registered by the CBI in the coal scam, is clear.
