Manju Warrier and Rima Kallingal's latest film "Rani Padmini" has been running successfully in theatres across Kerala.

The Aashiq Abu directorial has opened to mixed responses and the makers have now released a funny video titled "Ramesh & Suresh", in which the lead actresses are seen imitating some superstars of the South Indian industry with their trademark dance steps.

In the hilarious promo video, Manju and Rima dance to hit songs "Nakku Mukka", Mohanlal's "Duure Kizakkudikkum", Prem Nazir's "Chettikulangara", Prabhu Deva's "Pettai Rap" and the most popular background music of Suresh Gopi's hit film "Commissioner".

"We shot the scene with great enjoyment during a night in Jispa. However, the scene was removed from "Rani Padmini" as the film was lengthy. But Aashiq had promised us that he will show it to the audience and he has kept his promise," Manju said while sharing the video on her Facebook page [as translated from Malayalam].

"Dedicating this to all my wonderful girlfriends who have stood with me through thick and thin, through smiles and tears, through all my travels in lifecheers to wonderful friendships and sisterhoodMeet Ramesh and suresh," Rima posted on her Facebook page.

Earlier, in Flowers TV's Comedy Super Nite programme, Manju and Rima were seen reprising a popular scene from the blockbuster film, "Aaram Thampuran" -- which had Mohanlal and Manju in the lead roles. While Manju was well appreciated for imitating Mohanlal, Rima was seen doing the character played by Manju.
