Manju Warrier, who made her comeback after 15 years through Rosshan Andrews' blockbuster film "How Old Are You", is awaiting the release of her upcoming film "Rani Padmini".

The Aashiq Abu directorial, starring Manju and Rima Kallingal in the lead roles, is set to hit screens on Friday, 23 October.

Two days before the release, Manju interacted with her fans through a live Facebook chat during which the actress answered queries of her fans.

Manju calls "Rani Padmini" as the first-of-its-kind Malayalam cinema and considers it special as a movie and a 'life experience' for her. When asked what inspired her to take up the project, Manju said she didn't want to miss a chance to travel and liked the wonderful story of the film.

"Rani Padmini" is set to lock horns at the Kerala box office with Mohanlal's "Kanal", which is scheduled to be released on Thursday, 22 October.

The actress, who is currently busy with the shooting of Kunchacko Boban starrer "Vettah", also has Rojin Thomas's "Jo and the Boy" in her kitty.
