Filmmaker Vishal Bharadwaj's much-talked about film "Rangoon", starring Shahid Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan, will finally go on floors in November.

The film's first schedule will be shot in Arunachal Pradesh on 9 November where Shahid and Saif will film their portions together, reported Deccan Chronicle. The team will be joined by Kangana later.

The actors are currently prepping for their characters. The "Haider" actor is said to be growing his beard for the role.

"Rangoon" is a love triangle that will see the "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" star play the role of a film actress from the 40s, Saif play a filmmaker and Shahid will be essaying the role of an army officer.

Produced by Sajid Nadiawala, "Rangoon" is slated to hit the theatres in October next year.

Of late, there have been several rumours about Kangana's conflicts with Vishal. In fact, the makers also reportedly considered replacing the lead actress. Further, there were rumours that the "Queen" actress was demanding to be named as the co-director of the film.

However, the makers have rubbished the rumours.

"This is sheer rubbish. There is no such request, demand or indication from her. At our end, we too know that Kangana isn't someone who thinks like that. She is a young woman who has found her standing in the industry by coming from nowhere," a source told Bollywood Hungama.

Meanwhile, Kangana's latest release "Katti Batti" with Imran Khan did average business at the box office. Shahid, on the other hand, will soon be seen in his next film "Shaandaar" opposite Alia Bhatt.
