Alleged lovebirds Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif will reportedly fly off to South Africa soon, though not for another vacation.

Kapoor, who has wrapped up Anurag Kashyap's "Bombay Velvet", is set to start working on the next schedule of Anurag Basu's "Jagga Jasoos". The film, in which the actor plays a young detective alongside Kaif, will next be shot in the beautiful locales of South Africa.

The next schedule of "Jagaa Jasoos" is set to begin later this month, and Kapoor will fly off to the African country with Govinda, who plays the role of his father. The actor's lady love will also join him but only a week later as she is currently shooting for Hrithik Roshan starrer "Bang Bang" in Abu Dhabi.

"South Africa plays a very important role in the script of the film. Thus, a very crucial part of the film will be shot there along with a few songs. Kapoor and Govinda start their schedule from May 22 and Kaif joins them at the end of the month as she is currently in Abu Dhabi for Bang Bang," a source close to the film's unit informed Box Office India.

But Kapoor will have to wrap up "Jagga Jasoos" schedule at the earliest as he is expected to travel to a remote European island next - with former flame Deepika Padukone - for Imtiaz Ali's upcoming project "Tamasha". The film is expected to start rolling from June end or July.

"Jagga Jasoos"  is produced by Kapoor and Basu, under their Picture Shuru Productions, and is also backed by Disney-UTV. The film was earlier set for an October release this year but was later postponed to May 2015.
