A week later, the Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash-starrer Hindi-Telugu trailer was dropped. On Thursday, the Ramayana makers unveiled the English-dubbed version of the film. While Yash and a few other cast members have their voices dubbed using AI, Ranbir Kapoor has lent his own voice and dubbed his dialogues in English, which seems to have impressed fans more than the original Hindi version.
The English trailer is aimed at Western countries and a Hollywood audience. The trailer is crisp, polished, and features AI-led lip-sync technology. The all-English dialogues might seem a little different for Hindi-speaking audiences, especially Bollywood lovers, particularly when Ranbir says "Mother Kaikeyi" and later says he will get his wife Sita.
Meanwhile, the makers have implemented Brahma AI in the Ramayana English trailer to sync the lip movements of the actors with the new English dub.
One user wrote, "That flying elephant was majestic."
Another fan commented, "Wow... Ravana's English dub is better than the original one."
"I think I'm going to love the English dub more than the original Hindi one," added someone else.

'Will be disappointed if no Oscar for Ramayana': CM Devendra Fadnavis bats for Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Yash film
Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated producer Namit Malhotra's Prime One studio in Mumbai on Thursday. The CM spoke about the filmmaker's upcoming Ramayana films at the event and said he would be disappointed if Nitesh Tiwari's Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash-starrer failed to bring home an Oscar.
At the event, which was part of Prime Focus Studio's Phase 1 plans, CM Fadnavis spoke highly of the upcoming Ramayana films. "I will be disappointed if the Academy Award doesn't come to Ramayana," he said, expressing confidence that the film could bring home an Oscar. He also addressed the audience and shared his vision for the two-part film. Namit's new studio was inaugurated by CM Fadnavis at Film City, Mumbai. At the WAVES Summit, Prime Focus and the Maharashtra government had announced plans to develop what they called a Global Entertainment Ecosystem in Mumbai.

The Ramayana films are directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra's DNEG in association with Yash's Monster Mind Creations. DNEG, which operates under Prime Focus, is an eight-time Academy Award winner for Best Visual Effects. The studio has worked on films such as Dune: Part Two, Dune and Tenet. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor as Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and Yash as Ravana.
The trailer was recently released online after being showcased at the San Diego Comic-Con and the Pratham Sankalp event in New Delhi. Ramayana: Part 1 will hit theatres during Diwali 2026, while Part 2 is scheduled to release during Diwali 2027.
